Tour in Italian

Berlin has long been a magnet for artists from around the world. Since the 1990s, both East and West Berlin have been shaped by Street Art – colorful, provocative and constantly evolving.

A special tour for Street Art enthusiasts
Discover both the famous and hidden corners of Berlin’s Street Art. Our guides know the scene, the artists and the neighborhoods, taking you through the urban and social changes this movement has experienced.

Tour highlights
✓ 3-hour tour through Berlin’s Street Art scene
✓ Fascinating insights into the city’s less touristy areas
✓ Stories about Berlin’s underground culture, gentrification and urban evolution

The tour
You will visit the districts of Mitte, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain – places like the RAW-Gelände, the Tacheles and the courtyard of Haus Schwarzenberg – where you’ll see huge murals, tiny stickers and mysterious stencils. The tour is carried out on foot and by metro and shows why Berlin is considered a global hub of urban culture.

The Street Art movement not only shaped the culture of the early 2000s but also profoundly transformed the face of the city. Investors react quickly to new trends – and ever-growing gentrification has made Berlin one of the cities with the fastest-rising rents worldwide. A striking example is Tacheles, once a symbol of alternative Berlin, now transformed into a luxury complex.

In the heart of Mitte, the vibrant center of the city, we walk through one of Berlin’s best-known open-air galleries and visit the famous courtyard of Haus Schwarzenberg – a unique place filled with Street Art, history and creative energy.

We then continue to the lively district of Kreuzberg, where cultural diversity, migration and food scenes intertwine. Between cafés and small eateries, we encounter some of the city’s most famous murals – works by Ash, Blu and Os Gemeos – telling the story of Berlin’s past and future through artistic expression.

Finally, we visit Friedrichshain and the RAW-Gelände, a former railway repair yard now transformed into a creative space for sports, art and alternative culture. Here, we immerse ourselves in a place hardly imaginable elsewhere – one that remains deliberately open and accessible to all in Berlin.

Walking through these neighborhoods, we explore the profound changes of recent years – between the everyday life of residents and the stories of contemporary Berlin.
