The penthouse is a spectacular apartment of 160 m2 on the top floor of Lux 11. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and an open kitchen, it is the perfect place for living in Mitte. Designer furniture by Brühl, a fireplace and a rooftop terrace directly facing the TV tower complete the experience. No surprise that many celebrities, actors and musicians have lived here. A separate entrance guarantees privacy. The penthouse is also a great place for your event, presentation or photo / film production.

Description

Lux 11 Berlin-Mitte: The property was built in the end of the 19th century
as a residential building for officers before it became a military hospital
during the First World War. The house also survived the Second World
War and was occupied by the Russian secret service from then on. The
KGB operated a telephone surveillance station to monitor the phone
conversations between East and West Berliners. Some weeks after the fall
of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the agents left the building overnight, their job
was over. The hotel has 73 apartments and caters for travellers from around
the world and ensures their well being whether they are in Berlin for the first or
tenth time. Lux 11, a frequent favourite of individuals like artists, fashion
gurus, DJ´s or simply you and I, who want to be at „the place to be“,
located on Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse, in the heart of the buzzing Berlin district „Mitte“. The hotel offers spacious apartments with an open
plan design in soft shades of Seladon green, equipped with fashionable
design furniture. All apartments are between 26m2 & 160m2, furnished
with white kitchenettes, an open plan bathroom concept & relaxing seating
which will make you feel home. Within the hotel you will find Ulf Haines
(an elegant, minimalistic fashion store with unique fashion from well
known designers)and an AVEDA-Salon from the stylist
Beate Kahlcke. Around the corner from us on Hackeschen Markt we have
