Ballhaus Berlin Hostel

Description

An unique experience awaits you together with Berlin´s oldest ballroom, the legendary pub Alt-Berlin, and our hostel. A place with a long history of hosting travelers, a meeting point for the creative, music lovers, culture and history fans alike. Carrying on the tradition of the ballroom downstairs, our theme ranges from the previous Golden 20´s to the upcoming 20´s.

Anreisebeschreibung

Located in the district Mitte, literally meaning "the middle", containing the historical heart of Berlin. It is here where you will find the vast majority of the most popular sights, museums, art, and culture. Right around the corner you´ll find the Natural History Museum and Berlin Wall Memorial. The central train station is in walkable distance. With a short trip by public transport you get to Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate, and Museum Island.

From Schönefeld Airport:
Take Train RE7 to Dessau or RB14 to Nauen.
Change trains at Berlin Friedrichstraße Station.
Take the subway train (U / U-Bahn) U6 to U Alt-Tegel.
Get off at U Naturkundemuseum Station.
Walk about 100 meters to Chausseestraße 102.
Look for the big “Hostel” and “Ballhaus Berlin” signs.
The hostel will be on the left across Atlantis Hotel.

From Tegel Airport:
Take Bus 128 to U Osloer Str.
Change at U Kurt-Schumacher-Platz.
Take the subway train (U / U-Bahn) U6 to U Alt-Mariendorf.
Get off at U Naturkundemuseum Station.
Walk about 100 meters to Chausseestraße 102.
Look for the big “Hostel” and “Ballhaus Berlin” signs.
The hostel will be on the left across Atlantis Hotel.

From Berlin Central Bus Station / ZOB (Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof):
Walk about 300 meters to S Messe Nord/ICC light rail station.
Take commuter train S41 Ringbahn.
Change train at S+U Wedding station.
Take the subway train (U / U-Bahn) U6 to U Alt-Mariendorf.
Get off at U Naturkundemuseum Station.
Walk about 100 meters to Chausseestraße 102.
Look for the big “Hostel” and “Ballhaus Berlin” signs.
The hostel will be on the left across Atlantis Hotel.

From Berlin Central Train Station / Hbf (Hauptbahnhof hoch/tief):
Take tram M8 to Ahrendsfelde/Stadtgrenze or M10 to S+U Warschauer Str.
Get off at U Naturkundemuseum Station.
Walk about 250 meters to Chausseestraße 102.
Look for the big “Hostel” and “Ballhaus Berlin” signs.
The hostel will be on the left across Atlantis Hotel.
